———–SIMPLE ZESTY MUSHROOMS———————
HEAT OIL IN SKILLET ON LOW HEAT, ADD HANDFUL OF MUSHROOMS TO SKILLET. ADD FEW FINELY CHOPPED BELL PEPPERS AND ONIONS TO SKILLET, NOW ADD A MIXTURE OF ONION POWDER AND ITALIAN SEASONING TO VEGETABLES, STIR UNTIL YOU ALL THE VEGETABLES ARE EVENLY SOAKED IN OIL. COOK VEGETABLES UNTIL YOU SEE THEM LOSE THEIR SHAPE, TRY NOT TO BURN VEGETABLES. NOW TURN OFF THE BURNER, ADD SHREDDED ASIAGO CHEESE (ABOUT 1/4 CUP CHEESE). DONE
EAT MUSHROOMS ALONE OR WITH A MEAT, OR ADD MUSHROOMS TO RICE OR PASTA. ADD SALT & PEPPER IF NEEDED
————QUICK CARBONARA————————
BRING WATER TO BOILING IN POT , ADD SALT TO POT, THEN ADD SPAGHETTI NOODLES, AFTER 5 MINUTES USING A SEPERATE SKILLET, HEAT (1/4 OIL) ON LOW HEAT, ADD A SMALL HANDFUL OF ONIONS TO SKILLET, USE A BOWL AND LIGHTLY MIX 2 EGGS FOR A FEW SECONDS, ADD (1/4 CUP) FINELY SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE TO THE THE BOWL. ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF CHOPPED BACON BITS TO THE SKILLET. IF THE NOODLES ARE DONE, DRAIN THEM SLIGHTLY LEAVING BIT OF WATER IN THE NOODLES. ADD NOODLES TO THE SKILLET WHILE STIRRING, THEN ADD THE EGG&PARMESAN MIXTURE ON TOP. STIR UNTIL EGGS FORM SHAPE. MAKE SURE YOU STIR WELL SO THAT THE NOODLES DONT BURN. DONE. ADD BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE.

BRING WATER TO BOIL IN POT, ADD SALT TO POT, THEN ADD ANY PASTA, AFTER 5 MINUTES USING A SEPERATE SKILLET, HEAT (1/4 OIL) ON LOW HEAT, ADD A SMALL HANDFUL OF ONIONS & BELLPEPPERS (MUSHROOMS OPTIONAL) LET VEGETABLES COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES THEN ADD 1 OR 2
CAN TOMATO SAUCE (DEPENDING ON SERVING SIZE). SPRINKLE ITALIAN SEASONING, SMALL AMOUNT OREGANO & ONION POWDER TO SAUCE MIXTURE. IF THE NOODLES ARE DONE, DRAIN THEM AND ADD THE
SAUCE MIXTURE AND NOODLES TOGETHER. ADD SALT & PEPPER , PARMESAN TO TASTE. DONE. ALSO CAN ADD MEATBALLS OR ANY MEAT (OPTIONAL)
———CURRY CHICKEN & RICE ————–
ADD WATER AND 2 TBSP CURRY POWDER TO POT OF RICE, BRING RICE TO BOIL, SIMMER UNTIL FULLY COOK RCE, (MICROWAVE OR STOVETOP)<—EITHER WAY YOU WANT TO COOK RICE BUT DONT FORGET TO
ADD THE CURRY POWDER. IN A SEPERATE SKILLET, HEAT 1/4 OIL AND SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST STRIPS (WHOLE OR CHOPPED) AND COOK FOR 3 MINS BEFORE YOU ADD LARGE BELL PEPPERS, ONIONS INTO SKILLET. LIGHTLY COAT THE CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES IN CURRY POWDER, ADD SMALL AMOUNT OF SALT. WHEN CHICKEN AND BELL PEPPERS ARE DONE, ADD WITH THE COOKED RICE. SERVE

—–TILAPIA W/VEGETABLES———————-
TAKE A ZIP LOCK BAG AND ADD BREAD CRUMBS TO IT (ALSO YOU CAN USE CRUSHED CROUTONS), TAKE ADD SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE TO THE SAME BAG AND SHAKE IT, HEAT OVEN TO 400, NOW TAKE TILAPIA AND DIP INTO A BOWL OF BEATEN EGGS, NOW PLACE INSIDE THE BAG TO COAT IT WITH THE (BREADCRUMBS & cHEES MIX). REPEAT STEPS FOR MORE FISH. NOW PLACE ON A COOKING SHEET AND PLACE IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 18-20 MINS. CUT THE ENDS OFF SUGAR SNAP PEAS OR GREEN
BEANS- ADD TO BOILING WATER OR MICROWAVE IN WATER ON HIGH FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. DRAIN VEGETABLES AND ADD BUTTER. DONE. SERVE VEGETABLES WITH FISH.

1. ADD 1/2 STICK OF BUTTER TO HOT NOODLES, THEN ADD ANY DESIRED CHEESES
2. ADD TUNA TO COOKED PASTA, THEN ADD CREAM OF MUSHROOM, AND ANY DESIRED CHEESES
3. ADD TUNA TO COOKED COOL PASTA, THEN ADD MAYONAISE, PAPRIKA, DICED PICKLES
4. ADD OIL, COOKED MUSROOMS, ASIAGO CHEESE
5. ADD ONE BOUION CUBE TO BOILING NOODLES, THEN ADD SOY SAUCE
